I am the broker and owner of Clearwater Harbor Realty, Inc. established in 2005. I am a proud resident and native of Clearwater, Florida and have located my office in the historical district of downtown Clearwater. I have earned the designation of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and I attend ongoing educational seminars and classes to keep up with the changing real estate market.
I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Pinellas Realtor Association, the Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Woman’s Council of Realtors, Independent Real Estate Professionals and the Tampa Professional Sales Association.
I contribute to my community by serving on many local community boards and committees, am the past president of the DePaul School for Dyslexics and a 2008 graduate of the City of Clearwater’s Citizen Academy. I donate my time and money to local charities that help families suffering from abuse and homelessness. I am a fund raiser for breast cancer and other charities. My real estate practice, Clearwater Harbor Realty,Inc. is a small but mighty, unique and independent real estate brokerage that is customer centered with confidentiality, a paramount factor in all transactions. I have built my company on professionalism, integrity, continuing education and a strong ethical business practice. I specialize in residential real estate in Pinellas County with expertise in the areas of Clearwater Beach, Island Estates, Sand Key, Belleair, Belleair Beach, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, Ozona and Crystal Beach.
I enjoy boating, fishing, movies, tail gating at USF Bulls games, the theater, plays, musicals, dining out, special events, concerts and most importantly getting together with family and friends for just about anything.
